Nice yellow colour with a greenish rim. Yellow colour with green iridescence on the rims. Intense, very expressive nose. Vegetal aromas (tomato branch, fennel, hay). Notes of tropical fruit (pineapple, mango). On the palate, pleasant on the palate. Fresh, pleasant sensation. Very well integrated acidity. Slight bitterness characteristic of the variety. Long finish. Predominantly vegetal hints typical of Verdejo.

Perfect to enjoy with appetizers, fish dishes, fideua, rice, pasta, smoked, soft, creamy cheeses, white meats.
