Bodegas Campillo

Clean, bright. Yellow in colour, with hints of straw-coloured hues. On the nose, very fresh and aromatic. Notes of fruit (apple, apricot). Hints of citrus. Floral aromas (jasmine, orange blossom). In the mouth, pleasant, smooth, velvety. Fruity sensation. Very subtle and slight hint of menthol at the end. Medium finish. The fruity notes of the wine persist with greater intensity than the floral ones.

Sea bass on the back. Baked turbot or gilthead bream. Grilled oily fish. White meats, poultry. Tuna tataki. All types of seafood. Fresh cheeses.
